Over a period of nine months, our family worked with Deborah. We had lived in our home for more that twenty-eight years. Deciding to put our house on the market made us realize that we needed help. The focus suddenly became finding out all that we needed to do in order to have home ready to show to agents and potential buyers.
Deborah has years of experience. She makes the statement that she will treat the sellers’ home as if it were her home. She put so much time into talking with us and helping us set up a time plan. Getting a house ready to be sold is a huge job. We had to improve the property inside and outside of the house. We put many hours into sorting and deciding what we needed to remove and what was important for us to keep. Deborah personally helped with so much of what needed to be done. She recommended excellent people who worked to improve the house and the gardens.
Hours after the For Sale Sign was in front of our house, everything dramatically was changed. COVID 19 caused us to need to shelter in place. Suddenly showing and selling a house was a very different challenge. We were living in our house when it was for sale. Prospective buyers and agents had to follow very specific rules for everyone’s safety. Deborah had the job of showing and selling our house and keeping aware all of the statewide and county regulations.

You are amazing! Over the years you have kept your eye out for a property that fit our criteria and sent us various listings in a thoughtful, non-obtrusive way. But you always knew that there was one specific property we really wanted. The second it came on the market, you were there. You tracked us down when we were on spring break and immediately gave us the lay of the land.
We learned that timing is everything in real estate. Thank goodness you already knew this! Your sense of strategy in this tough market was exactly what we needed, and we so appreciated your patience as we worked through our decision from afar. When we did decide to go for it, you were completely prepared. You had stayed late at the office getting everything ready in case, so it took no time at all to get our offer out (and accepted!!).
