I would like to offer my enthusiastic recommendation of Deborah Kehrberg. I live out of state and
needed to sell a home in Emerald Hills. When I interviewed Deborah I was struck by Deborah’s keen
sense of how to market the unique home and her practical vision of what was needed to dress the house up for market. Although the home was close to sale-ready, I expected getting it to market to be a struggle that would require multiple trips to the area to take care of the inevitable elbow grease, details, and surprises. The trips were not necessary! Deborah took the bull by the horn and facilitated and coordinated all the needed work!

Deborah was an amazing facilitator during the preparations. She had a number of construction
professionals that were, surprisingly, almost immediately available to address our needs.  A couple of surprises came up during inspections. Deborah took everything in stride and adeptly lead through the issues. Before we knew it we were ready for market, right on time according to Deborah’s original plan. Honestly, looking back on it, I can’t imagine Deborah had much time for anything other than preparing this one home for market. Her drive, focus, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations.

I can’t say enough about all the efforts, labor, and organization that Deborah personally put into
preparing the home for sale. Once the home hit the market she kept me informed of showings and interests. When we did receive an offer, her experience in negotiating ensured that the best sales price was attained. In the end we sold the home for what Deborah expected to sell it for when we originally listed.

Deborah and her team were a pleasure to work with. I look forward to working with them again when
the need arises.

Over a period of nine months, our family worked with Deborah. We had lived in our home for more that twenty-eight years. Deciding to put our house on the market made us realize that we needed help. The focus suddenly became finding out all that we needed to do in order to have home ready to show to agents and potential buyers.

Deborah has years of experience.  She makes the statement that she will treat the sellers’ home as if it were her home.  She put so much time into talking with us and helping us set up a time plan.  Getting a house ready to be sold is a huge job. We had to improve the property inside and outside of the house. We put many hours into sorting and deciding what we needed to remove and what was important for us to keep. Deborah personally helped with so much of what needed to be done. She recommended excellent people who worked to improve the house and the gardens.

Hours after the For Sale Sign was in front of our house, everything dramatically was changed. COVID 19 caused us to need to shelter in place.  Suddenly showing and selling a house was a very different challenge. We were living in our house when it was for sale. When we began our house hunting early last year, we me Deborah at an open house and was immediately impressed by her open demeanor as well as her deep and insightful knowledge of the premium South Bay real estate market.  We subsequently asked her and her partner, Jim, to assist us with our home search.

 

Deborah and Jim, working as a very coordinated team, discussed our requirements in detail and quickly assembled numerous house viewing trips, at each potential home pointing out both the positive and negative aspects of the property.  We looked at more than ten homes in the area before deciding on our new property and throughout the entire process, Deborah and Jim were very patient and responsive to all of our inquiries.
